Phil Henderson -”The Stupidly Simple SEO Guy”.

It always makes me laugh when I read the above statement…

This was a name I somehow became stuck with at an Internet Marketing event two years ago.

We had been discussing a few “underground” tactics to drive FREE traffic to our sites over a “brewskie” or two; when out of the blue I was introduced by another fellow marketer as “The Stupidly Simple SEO Guy”.

Now I’m not sure if the name came about because of my very, very simple SEO methods or if it was a slant on my educational abilities; anyway, it stuck and so it seemed like a good idea (at the time) to name our system after this.

So who is Phil Henderson? Well, I’m 47 years young, my home is in a beautiful part of Scotland, UK with my gorgeous wife Susan (Incidentally my childhood sweetheart). We have two young adult children, Callum 24 and Michaela 21.

We also have two crazy dogs; Ben a ten year old black Labrador and Kaiser a hyperactive bulldog cross.

Currently, I’m also doing some consultancy in Saudi Arabia for a Major organisation and using this as a base to expand my business throughout the Gulf region. I get over to Dubai as much as possible and in fact I have spent three of the last eight weeks over there.

We even celebrated my daughters 21st birthday there and we partied for a whole six days, no expense spared

I’ve not always held high paying jobs and been a success online; in fact in my earlier working career, had to work two jobs just to make ends meet.

I was labouring at a brick making factory through the day and selling double glazing or fitted kitchens in the evenings!

I’ve always had a love of marketing and using the power of the Internet to create a fantastic income.

Having tried every method under the Sun to make money online, I found that my skills lay in the area of SEO – Search Engine Optimisation.

The whole concept of driving free traffic to a website intrigued me and I set out on a quest to learn all that I could; a quest that has cost me tens of thousands of dollars and about two years to learn. (And I’m still learning!)

Having tenacity and an investigative nature serves me well when it comes to SEO; however, I don’t really use the full-blown SEO tactics others incorporate in their marketing efforts as I find them just too time consuming.

To me SEO is about getting free traffic and more importantly, hungry buyers to view my online offers and providing I’ve done a half decent job, buying through my affiliate links.

I have a genuine passion to help people and I’ve done so all through my life.

I’ve trained junior boxing squads, ran and coached a junior soccer team.Built, trained, motivated and coached several successful sales teams within the home improvement industry, international removal industry and IT sector.

I also have a passion for travelling and meeting new friends around the World.
